Brittany Perez is a Colorado native that has been selling Real Estate for the past three years. She graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Degree in Behavioral Science and a minor in Elementary Education. Some of Brittany’s specialties in real estate includes being a Home Staging Expert as she recently earned her HSE Designation. Her eye for getting listings ready to sell goes along with her life-long relationships she builds with her clients.
Real Estate has offered Brittany the opportunity to have a career serving others and still be able to have an active role in being mom. She loves to spend time with her family outdoors on a nice day or having family game/movie nights. Her family loves attending church and serving the community together.
Brittany met her husband Adam in high school and were married during college. They have three children: Jayden, Alexa, and Briella. Jayden loves to play baseball and all things outdoors. Alexa is very crafty and loves to read. Briella loves to keep everyone on their toes with lots of love and energy. Brittany also has a big fluffy Golden-Doodle named Gordo who follows the family around all day long.

Adam has always had a love for real estate and a love of helping people achieve their goals, which is why he decided to pursue his dreams of a career in real estate and joined BSW with his wife and teammate Brittany. His hard-working spirit, coupled with his passion for helping others, makes him a great advocate for all of your real estate buying and selling needs.
Born in California, Adam’s family relocated to Colorado when he was 4 years old. Raised in Colorado, Adam grew up in Thornton where he graduated from High School and where he met his wife Brittany. They still reside in Thornton with their adorable children and big fluffy Golden doodle. After high school, Adam jumped into the energy industry where he quickly worked his way up the ladder with one of the industry’s leading companies becoming a lead supervisor at just 23, supervising crews for some of the largest operator’s in Colorado and the US.
When Adam is not helping others with their real estate dreams, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, attending the kid’s activities (baseball games, basketball games, his daughter’s cheer competitions), golf, Church, and helping serve their community.
